Liang's Construction, Inc is a honest and reliable company. When we accepted a project, we want to make sure our job is done correctly. Our prices are fair.
- Question: Are you licensed and Insured?
Yes, we are licensed and Insured.
- Question: Do you includes all materials?
We only includes construction materials, for example: Sheetrock, nails, plywood, glue, cement. We do not includes: cabinets, hardwood floor, tiles, appliances, light, faucets, etc. because this kind of materials have a very big range of prices are very different. We don't want to get something you don't like or you will we are over charge you. So it's best you choose what you want and how much you want to spend on the materials.
- Question: Do you use subcontractor?
Yes, we only use licensed and fully insued plumber and electrican. Also, our customers can hire their own subcontractor.
- Question: Will your company take your time to finish the project?
No, When we accepted a project, we want to make sure we finish the project on time, we will not stop working until we finish the project, except: Holiday, weekend or materials did not come in.
- Question: Will you charge us more when you started the work?
No, we will not charge you extra once we started the project, what we quote you is what we will charge, except you want to add additional work after we started the project.
